Whew! It's hot!
100 degrees here in San Antonio today---and it's only May. Hopefully this isn't a sign of the summer to come. I hope others are having cooler weather than we are.

Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11
05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

it was 97 degrees here in central florida. god help me and it's only the beginning of may. I hate hot weather especially here where it lasts for so long

I think it only got up into the 80s today, but we had it into the 90s already this year. It was so warm and humid when I worked Wednesday night, I could hardly breathe by the time I got to the car when we closed at 11. I hate hot, and humid hot is the worst. I'll take freezing any day, and yes, I'll even say this in January!

We're in the 70s (good thing, no A/C in our area of California), but the winds are horrible and we are so dry. I know they must be in a world of hurt 1 hour south of us in Santa Barbara with the fires.
