    Default Ultimate fail:

When you think you have a good idea to put failed gravy that you were turning into broth in some freezer bags and the person holding them drops them...... The mess is so friggin huge. DH got broth in his eye, on his cloths, I got covered in it, the floor is nice and greasy, the whole kitchen floor, and the poor dog who happend to be standing under us got covered. He got his first bath tonight. Thank goodness I had let it cool.

After the fist shock we just about died laughing because when you looked at the three of us DH, me and the dog, and you looked at the kitchen it was pretty funny to see us standing there in this huge mess.

    OMG, I can't even imagine......

I'll bet the dog was helpful with that mess.

I always manage to drop the really messy stuff.

Yesterday, trying to get a canister of oatmeal off the shelf, I tipped it too far, it lost its balance AND its lid, and I ended up with about 2 pounds of oatmeal "snow" all over me, the counters, and the kitchen floor. I thought THAT was pretty messy, but it isn't nearly as bad as gravy! I do agree that the dog must have thought, "Wow, this is pretty cool!! It is raining a tasty meat substance!!"

So glad you can see the humor in it. That stuff happens to me late at night or when I'm already late for an appointment. Why is it always grease or something like milk that will sour.lol

Sending you positive thoughts for a speedy clean-up. We are a bit more careful when removing things from hot pans out of the oven. I recall a little splish splash of the juice from the baked ham splattered all over EVERYTHING....stove, inside stove, counter, wall, rice cooker, blender, mixer, floor, down cabinets....YUCK! Nothing like a greasy mess to clean up when you're dead tired, eh?

LOL! It's better to laugh than cry in situations like that! Hope the clean up is all behind you now.

WOW That must have been a huge pain to clean up. Glad you could laugh! In that situation it is either laugh or cry, lol. If your dog is like mine, he would be in heaven with a gravy covered floor, lol.

Thank you for sharing this. I laughed so hard just imagining the scene. Glad to know I am not the only one things like this happen to.
