Question for Canadian Folks about Poutine!
I would love to make this! I live in the deep south and I'm not sure if cheese curds are readily available... Can I use cottage cheese for this or is there something else I can use? Who loves poutine? Who hates it? I would love to know!

You can just use crumbled mozzarella.

i use mozerella too crumbled up, its the next best things with lots of gravy on it .
yes its a good thing .lol

make turkey with the works even better. fries, left over turkey, gravy , fried onions, and peas. yumm
these are what we call dilly items. summer time canteen foods. i dont make them otherwise.
