Good Morning!!!

Good morning everyone my insomnia was bad last night so after tossing and turning and getting up and down and up and down for 5 1/2 hours and my meds not working I got up out of bed and made muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, did dishes, laundry and am starting housework. It is just 7 am now.

I still have to go get DD from spark camp, go over to my moms and move furniture, dig out her flower beds,She has decided to pull everything and start from scratch, mow her lawn, and bath her stinky dog. It is going to be along day.

I'm away from home this morning at my DH's homecoming in Grundy, Va. We are having a wonderful time and enjoying the cooler weather and the RAIN!!! Its just perfect. We have been up here since Friday morning and are starting towards home today. We do this visit every three years and its a very special time for him.

I sympathize with you regarding the insomnia. I've had bouts of that in the past and it's not fun. For me I found that warm milk and reading a book right before bedtime helped.
