Default Hubby started new job today!!!!!!

Thank goodness!!! Hubby started his new job today.

I really do love my husband but if he didn't go back to work soon I was going to kill him. Having him home all day throws my schedule off and I couldn't get anything done around here.

I asked DH if he was excited to start his new job and he was not excited. I think he's upset that he has to drive farther and his pay is a little less an hour, but there is suppose to be more work for him to do. (he's a mechanic and gets paid by the job) I think everything will work out for us.

Well I asked him how he liked his first day and he said it was good. Tomorrow he needs to learn how to clock in and clock out. Their computer system is different from his old place and no one showed him how to do it.
On the other hand he did have work to do and he turned in 7.3 hours. At his old job he was turning in 30 a week give or take. This new place also pays more hours per job. ie if a brake job paid 2.3 at his last place, the new place pays 2.7. This will add to his paycheck.

Yeah for you and hubby. Hopefully it will be a good work enviroment, that always helps a lot too. Plus if there's more work - that will balance out the lesser hourly wage like you said. My husband would say "Beats a blank" Who knows. He's been home for a month, and I SO know what you mean...Can't wait for his season to kick in. He's working 2 days this week, and I'm enjoying my 2 days, LOL. I just get SO much more done

My grandmother who never worked a day in her life - started working full time right after my grandfather retired...LOL
