    Default **ANOTHER house update***

    As of Friday I was waiting to see of another buyer was going to accept the banks counter on a house I had offered on Monday. So while waiting I looked some more and I put in 2 more offers and Sunday another 2. By Friday night I was told the buyers accepted but they would keep me as a back up offer. Today my agent sent me a text as an FYI that the buyers fell thru after all. That they(sellers agent) was resubmitting my offer to the bank tonight. Then my agent calls me and tells me one of the Friday offers the bank is countering only me I received an email as we speak from her stating they are countering only me as long as no strong offers come in today. I NEED prayers PLEASE!!!!!! These banks are playing dirty and I NEED as many people as I can get praying for ME

    I am excited for you, as I know how tough this weird market is. (we have a very aggressive offer on a house I think we are going to get)

    She has been trying all day to get info from the sellers agent...about an hour ago he sent her an email which she forwarded to me saying I have the best offer and as soon as he gets the counter from the bank he will forward it to us!!!!
