Old grey heads from California
How did you hear about frugal village? Wandering through the bit bucket in the sky, frugality sounded interesting.
What interests you here? For some time I've pondered frugality, elegance and complexity as a way of life as compared with excesiveness, grossness and simplicity.
What will you contribute? We've lived all over North America from the low desert to the high arctic, in urban society and an old timey tribal community - and the great depression of the 30's - might have something to share.
Do you know any other members here? No.
How many kids? Ages? 12 between the two of us, living all over North America [except California], which might tell you something.
Tell us about yourself. Canadian born, WWII veteran, engineer, Anglican priest - always struggling with appropriate and responsible life style and all that good stuff - all the while being a self-centered border line drunk.
Do you own any pets? Just a formerly homeless feral cat and an elusive possum family who live somewhere under thye house.
Married.
Hobbies and Interests - At the moment - urban agriculture, community formation, wine making, billiards and an assortment of artistic endeavors.
