Sort of new here
Have been here for over a month and decided I had best introduce myself.
Think I heard about FV by just exploring around.
I always like to learn new ways to be frugal, though it has been my lifestyle since forever. Was a single parent and had no choice.
I hope to contribute some ideas that I have learned in years of practice.
I don't know any members....yet. But had some great assistance the other day from indigomom.
I am an empty nester, single, with two girls.
My occupation is surviving this wonderful thing called life.
My motto for living it is: Living my life in such a way that when my feet hit the floor in the morning,...Satan shudders and says: "Oh s*&*, she's awake!" This, of course, is after giving thanks that my feet even hit the floor!!!
I have two dogs that run my house and I am a participant (and enabler) in their lifestyle. Wouldn't have it any other way.....love them.
My hobbies include: gardening, reading, sewing/quilting, trying new things/recipes/ideas, volunteering with Friend to Friend, thrift shopping, exploring, spending time with friends, traveling - as time and money permits, and hope to learn more about photography.
