Out of hiding and glad to be back
Hello everyone, It has been along time since I was last here, these last few months have been really rough, my oldest dd had her first baby in oct, but since then things have went down hill, I lost my job (due to health reasons), by oldest dd lost her second job due to the baby, (baby's daddy walked out 4 days after she was born). I fell into a deep depression and have not been very frugal lately, Now I have to get back on the frugal wagon and get my household on track. I am glad i am back to frugal village I get so much support and great ideas here, just wanted to drop a note and say hi to everyone and that I am back and hope that with (God's and med's) help I can beat the depression it amazing what you do when your depressed.

Hi Schellie. It is nice too see you back at the Village! I hope things get easier for you and you start feeling lots better. One good thing I found about frugality when dh was laid off was I couldn't control the circumstances but I could control what I did with what we had. It feels good to be in control if that makes sense.
Hugs and healing vibes!~July 19 saving goal for event $104/$1000

Welcome back! I'm returning after a long hiatus too.... Sorry for all the junk you and your family have been through! Hopefully getting back on the bandwagon will help you out and maybe even cheer you up (because let's face it....frugality can be fun once you get in the groove!)
