people or things.

My brother is horrible about remembering birthdays...he called my mom yesterday to wish her Happy Birthday and hers was a week ago.
I bet your parents feel terrible for forgetting yours. As you said, you gotta love them. BTW, Happy Belated Birthday!

I knew they'd suddenly remember and be sooooo upset!
I'm in my 50's and have almost let my kids birthdays go by! On top of that, we have 37 nieces and nephews, 13 siblings, 4 parents still alive, and so I get everybody mixed up. I won't even get into cousins.
Do your parents have a lot of people to remember? If not, it is probably just their age. My mom puts herself through SOOO much anxiety being afraid she is going to forget somebody.
Glad they called you. CUTE thee way your mom said "last week was your birthday." Umm---Yeah! (In truth, I have almost forgotten my OWN the last couple of years. DH had to remind me.______

I remember you saying you were born on Father's Day and that you bet they would remember next Sunday (today). Looks like you were right
Glad they did.
