    Thumbs down Hello from another frugal Grandma in Utah

    I was pleased to find Frugal Village while doing a search for forums on frugal living. I have always been interested in a simplified lifestyle and after raising 11 children I have quite a testimony of it's usefulness! I worked off and on in construction/warehouse administration for about 35 years and have taken up writing and teaching from home over the last three - and having a great time at it! We have a dog (half pug, half doxie), a siamese cat, and a large fish tank with my special five year old koi, Rodney. He has a few other friends with him in the tank, but he's my favorite. I collect antique books, bells and needlework. Any of the old crafts are of great iterest to me. I hope to add ideas to help others save money with their children, shopping, cooking and organization. Mostly I hope to find friends who appreciate a simple and gracious lifestyle making the most of what we have, not what we think we "need".
