    I always thought she was a great actress whose talent was often overlooked. Does anyone remember the "The Burning Bed"? She was fantastic in that movie.

    Tonight my husband and I logged on to Hulu and downloaded an episode of Charlies Angels in a kind of tribute to her. Every radio station every the country station is playing Jackson tunes. Even the MSN home page has him front and center and she's just a little blurb at the bottom when you scroll down. Seems so sad to be reduced to a blurb on the day of her death. I'm feel most for those that she left behind.

    I was thinking that at first, too, but, in the end, I bet that her family is somewhat relieved that they can mourn in some element of peace....at least that's how I would feel.

    I was so impressed by her amazing attitude as she fought cancer after watching the TV special. She had this wonderful spirit that even cancer couldn't take away from her. I'm so glad she was willing to share her story & life with the world.

    As a young adult I thought she was a 'joke' of an actress. Then I saw the movie version of Extremities. I couldn't sleep for a week, and was scared to drive alone, at night, even with the doors locked and no way would I stop after dark for ice cream after that. She was beautiful, and brilliant.
