    Default Could today get any worse?

    Wesley was diagnosed with true phimosis towards the end of last month. Only about 2% of uncircumcised boys will ever have a medical problem regarding circumcision, but lucky us, Wesley was in that 2%. The circumcision was today, which has lead to a sleepless night and a really rough day for all of us.

    Finally, I decide that I cannot stand the rash I have on my back (right where my bra strap hooks) and the right side of my chest anymore. It itches, it burns, and all of a sudden it blistered, but today is scabby.

    I HAVE SHINGLES!!!

    I have already had chicken pox twice, (badly in both cases) and now I have shingles. At the age of 24. While 18 weeks pregnant.

    I am a very unhappy camper.

    I'm sorry to hear about all this, hopefully Wesley's discomfort and pain will resolve itself very quickly and you shingles also. I have never had them but have heard it is horrible. BIG HUGS!!

    Also, Congratulations on your pregnancy. Hopefully you can offload these shingles and have the rest of the time stress free.

    my son also had to have this done. this was a long time ago he is an adult now but it wasn't easy. good luck and I hope you are feeling better soon! congratulations on the baby!!
