Hi everyone. I'm Cedar. I was randomly surfing the internet when a google search directed me here. My curiosity was peaked, and I had to check it out. Imagine my surprise at finding such a wealth of information and support regarding living a simple lifestyle. And just as I was starting to look up information about starting to live better too. I can't wait to jump right in.

How did you hear about frugal village? Googled "Organic Living"

What interests you here? Living simply and healthily, saving my money and feeling better about myself - all while talking to similar minded people

What will you contribute? I'm not sure yet, as you already seem to have everything as it is. But I'd love to add a "college student/new to the real world" perspective to the site, as well as share ideas I may have. I'd also love to support other members, especially people my age. So few people seem to care. Hopefully I can help change that and lead by example.

Do you know any other members here? Not yet, but it's never too soon to start. I hope to become a real regular here.

How many kids? Ages? None at the moment

Tell us about yourself. Well, I'm a college student just starting my senior year. I'm majoring in Anthropology, and then going on to a masters degree in Museum Studies. I want to make history a fun hands-on experience for children of all ages. I am currently debt free, and plan on living as simply as possible.

Do you own any pets? Yes, 2 cats. Lily is a 1 yr old female, and Mischief is an 8 yr old male. Both are very loved.

Occupation? I currently work part-time as a substitute teacher in a pre-school.

Married or single? Single, and not seeking to change that any time soon.

Interests and hobbies? I love reading. I'm also really interested in betta fish, salt water aquariums, music, and lots of other random things. For fun I usually curl up with a book or play around on my computer.
