Default time to get back in the groove

my last log-in was the 3rd of April.... in the early morning hours of the 5th of April, my step-daughter was killed in an auto accident. Things have been pretty unorganized since then. Everyone is slowly starting to fall back into their routines.

Her son, who is 20 months old now, is happily settled in with his Uncle Curt and Aunt Kari. He's too young to really understand what happened (which is a blessing). THAT was our biggest concern.. "where is Ashdan going to live??"

Our budget and finances are completly out of whack and its stressful. I reallly need to get back in control of them.....

    so here I am....

I'm so sorry to hear about your step-daughter. How devastating.

I'm glad to hear your step-grandson is settled in and is happy. You really can't ask for anything more than his happiness, at this point.

We're here if you need us, and are happy to help you get your finances back on track after this major blow.

    Welcome back.

O Jamie, you poor thing. That is just awful. I can't even fathom how difficult this must have been for your family, I hope you can find a way to cope with everything and get over the grief cycle. It does take a lot of of time to cope and grieve with such a loss. Hugs to you and yours. God bless you all.
