    Default DD must have a bug -- she's been sleeping since 9 a.m.

    DD, age 13, had a sore throat yesterday.

    This morning, she felt a little warm and a little snuffly. So, I gave her an advil and a benedryl.

    She crawled into my bed around 9 a.m. and fell asleep. Noon now, and she's still asleep. (probably the benedryl).

    I'd better finish up cleaning the dining room, so I can spend the afternoon reading to her.

    she probably isn't feeling well even she's been sleeping. My DD had a sore throuat 6 days agon and it is now a nice headcold virus, but no coughing or fever. It must going around. I hope she feels better.

    She woke up about noon -- still not feeling great, but not whiny either.

    Hope she feels better soon.

    The benedryl knocks me out. I can't take it in the daytime if I want to get anything done. I take it at night.

    Awww, I hope she feels better soon. My dd got up today and complained first thing about a sore throat and stuffy nose. She even turned down an invitation to go to my Moms for the afternoon and she has just laid around. It really must be going around.

    My dd came down with something similar Sat. She was sick all yesterday and isn't up to snuff yet today.

    Update: She was still snuffly, with a low-grade fever yesterday, but she's well today.

    I was surprised about the benedryl reaction.
