Who Processes their own meat?
I farm and process hogs, chickens, cattle.
I have goats but only ate 1...LOL--while he was delish I don't intend to process more. I have Boer goats and use the milk for my natural soaps to sell and then sell the kids to market as meat goats.
At the market I trade sausage for rabbit...which is delish. I also trade for ostrich and such every now and then and buffalo and lamb when it is available.
Just wondering who does processing and what do you process?

We do ....
one deer in the fall, and chickens currently.
Have done cows, pigs, rabbits, fish, small game, etc.
Have froze most of it. Some canning. Still want to try some venison jerky. Maybe this fall, after I get the recipe from one of my son's.--------My signature--------
The economy is now uncharted waters... grab a oar and start rowing. ~~
Put the frog in pot, turn up the heat real slow, and the frog doesn't hop out. And by the time he realizes, he should , it's too late... think about it.
