10 things I know to be true

1. If you are very fortunate your spouse truly becomes your best friend and you are more comfortable with this person than anyone else in the world.

2.Money does not make you happy but the lack of it can make you very unhappy

3.Anyone who says money cannot buy happiness has obviously never bought a dog.

4.If you feel far away from God its you that moved.

5.If your hair and makeup are perfect you will see noone however if you look like a mess you will run into at least 3 people you know

6.Dogs are way better than most people and much more loyal

7.You are only as happy as your saddest child

8.God always answers prayers sometimes he just says no

9.You will never love anyone as much as you love your children

10 Some people look like they have an enchanted life but try to remember that everything that glitters is not gold.

Not sure I can do ten:

Would modify #9 above to include grandkids:

1. Grandkids are awesome gifts.

2. No one is promised another day, hour or minute so make the most of the time you have

3. 90 % of the time, it really isn't about you (advice I try to pass on to my kids and co-workers. People make things personal that aren't.)

4. My value isn't based on my "stuff" (car, house, clothes, etc.)

5. Nice Matters
