    Default A Bronze medal!!!

    OK I am hyperventalating!!!!!

    They came in third in the 2000 m race at the Canada Summer Games!

    Thank-you everyone here who have been sending positive thoughts to her!

    Tomorrow is the 1000m final at 14:50 maritime time....

    They are the only female kayakers on the BC team to have medalled! And no others have made the finals for tomorrow except my daughter and her partner (Female canoers have won medals but then we have the world champion in 500m on our team ). For those of you who have followed her trials, and being flipped into the water at the trials and then coming from behind to eek last place spot on the team, you will know what she had to overcome to get here!

    I am still pinching myself!
