Chili - SloppyJoe
Do you think I can use sloppy joe meat (sauce added) to make Chili? Thanks for your opinions.

Yes, it's pretty much the same seasonings; garlic, onion, green pepper, salt, a little chili powder.

I recently did this. It wasn't my favorite batch of chili ever, but hubby raved about it.
In all fairness though, I love soupy soupy chili, and this time I had made a very thick chunky chili as that is what the husband prefers.McD

I'm with Nichole, I like the soupy chili best. But it does sound feasible that sloppy joe meat would make a perfectly acceptable batch of chili.
