My pre-fall kick off
This past weekend was my back on track kick off...Friday i went grocery shopping budget is $183 for Sept i had $10.10 worth of coupons so i spent $79.00. I am hoping these groceries will last for at least two weeks. I will need to go to the store for bread.
I stayed home all weekend which saved on gas.
Today i went to cvs to get the deals and i had $2.20 in coupons.
for under $5 for my stockpile i got a small dawn for $0.77 and two tubes of toothpaste for $3.58. I also received another cvs extra care buck after buying 4 vitamin water (one of my weaknesses)
I am so proud of my accomplishments this weekend and thought i would share with you because i know it helps me to hear your stories. Happy SeptemberSteph

Wow good job! I need to get back into couponing, and the whole CVS extra care bucks deals....Twice now I have let my ECB expire! With the holiday's fast approaching and what not...I need to really buckle down! You did great!

Great going!! Just found out this weekend that our Longs Drugstores ( which was bought out by CVS) - will honor cvs cards - or whatever they are - anyway - I went online to sign up and the card will be here in two weeks. I don't know what it means, I only know that I was envious reading about all the great deals found by FVers - maybe I can now participate too in these savings
