    Hey Ladies and Gents!

    Been a while. Lots been going on in my pretty little part of the globe, and I was looking at my old account thinking that I had gone through so much change since I started my old account (can't post a link to it yet, so if you want to know, it's LadyNada), I figured it was time to create a new one!

    First -- I got married! My Beloved, Michael, and I tied the knot this past Saturday (Sept. 5th)! Very excited and happy to begin this new chapter in our lives.

    But with a marriage comes a wedding, and with a wedding comes, well, debt. So on top of the debt we already have, we had to put on even more debt. Yippee. :blech:

    So back I come to my frugal gurus and chums on FV and look to you to help me come up with new and exciting ways to get us out of debt. Already today we have cleaned out the fridge and used a bunch of food before it went bad -- anyone hungry for steak soup, carrot soup, or homemade croutons? -- and have been looking to organize our debt and start paying it off, one chunk at a time. We're hoping to pay off two of the credit cards before we take our honeymoon later this year.

    So that's pretty much it thus far. Looking forward to getting back on the frugal wagon and riding off with a vengence! Yippee, frugality!
