Luck? Positive thinking?

Right now I make just about enough to live on, without much extra left over. The past week or so i've been fretting about this because Christmas is coming up, and I have to go to a conference on the other side of the country for school, and the thought of all those travel expenses was making me ill. Plus, I don't get paid for holidays, so when we close for thanksgiving, christmas etc thats a smaller paycheck for me.

So I was trying to think of ways to get a little extra money. I used to work for a baby-sitting agency but business has been so slow that i hadn't done any baby-sitting for them in several months. I really wanted to call them though just to see, but my cousin also works for them and said when she called a few weeks ago they said they didn't have much work.

Well, today they called me and said business is picking up, and asked if i'd like to be put pack into the rotation! It's just so amazing because i'd been thinking about needing extra money all week, thought of calling them but didn't, and then they called me!

Happy to hear things worked out for you. Myself I put my faith in God and pray His will be done. He has never failed to pull me through the tough times.

Glad things have gotten better for you.

Sounds like you will be able to not only make the trip but hopefully have something for Xmas too..........hope it all works out great.
