I'm going to be on TV!
Earlier this week, I did an interview with a friend who writes for the local regional paper regarding the cancellation of the soap Guiding Light, and how the show connected generations and families.
The article ran in the paper today, and this evening I got a call from ABC Nightly News with Charlie Gibson. They are coming to film a short interview with me tomorrow morning about the cancellation, and it might air on the nightly national news on ABC.
I'm worried I'm going to look like an idiot, a big loser for watching soaps, but really when I watch them, I feel close to my grandmother who passed away 7 years ago.
Anyway, if you see me, know it's me, ML from FV!

You won't look like a idiot.
I am glad that some news channels are taking the cancellation of Guiding Light seriously.
I have watched it since I was a kid I am now 46.
It feels like we are loosing a member of our family.
Been crying all week during the show.

I wonder why they are cancelling it anyway. I have watched that show since I can remember. I will miss it. Congrats on being interviewed.
