TD Bank - Heads Up
Just heard on the news that there is a glitch going on at TD Bank. Apparently they had problems with merging TD bank and Commerce bank info together. Apparently they will be reimburseing any fees acquired because deposits did not post to account even though withdrawls are being taken out.
Not real happy when I heard this. Hope they get this straightened out. Just a heads up on this one. What else?

What does TD bank stand for? I have Commerce checking just for child support deposits. It should have been deposited today. Thanks for the heads up. I hadn't heard.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Toronto Dominion.
They had an error on Monday night that caused everything to post with the wrong date, they ended up with a backlog of transaction that they couldn't handle, and everything just snowballed.

Well instead of wondering if my rent check would go through I was able to get a money order from CVS for a dollar. Much cheaper than the bus fare to the bank. I am pretty sure all the other bills can wait until next week once this is straightened out. Really do not want to go through the process of having fees refunded. To many possibilities for loop holes!!!
Toronto? Really had no idea what TD stood for but Toronto?

Yes, it's Canada's second largest bank, originally the bank of Toronto, founded in 1855, merged a hundred years later with the Dominion bank to form the TD. I'm surprised to see them mess up this bad, they don't normally make a lot of mistakes.

I was told today at my TD that they would fix any problem I'm sure they will I know the branch manager and they always have been good to me. It's kinda funny the only time in my life I've been able to with draw money from my account when the bank says there no money in my account yet they will take complete blame.Gotta love it (of course there is money in there just can not be bought up on their computer ).They said they were hoping to have every thing fixed Monday.
