Natural Gas......Should I lock in a 12-month fixed gas rate (.86) or go with the market rate plan(Changes per month)(.84)? The rates appear to have just started to increase!!! I thought gas was oversupplied and going to be going down. Guess more people are using the gas so it will be going up?
