Wal-mart- After Thanksgiving shopping?
Will you be going to the After Thanksgiving Yearly Event Shopping day? Do you ever participate? This year there will be new rules for shopping this "event". Have sources, know for sure. I have my reservations about how this year will be accepted...? They will start running ads on tv soon explaining the new way they are going to do it. Can't wait to see how this plays out.

With the economy still bad, people are going to be looking for bargains big time. Emotions run high. Who wants to get trampled by a mob of shoppers ? Not this person.
I prefer to stay out of stores during heavy holiday shopping.--------My signature--------

No way! There is nothing that I need or want bad enough to get trampled over. I start shopping early and I will even pay a little more if it means keeping myself alive! And I agree that the crowds and the problems will be even worse this year than ever before!

Haven't but only only a couple times years ago. However worked at Walmart on year for the sale. Loved it.
Hate it as a shopper but loved working itBank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.

My brother does it every year. He loves it.
But I agree with WV - I can't think of anything I need or want that's worth that kind of aggravation.
Even if I didn't get trampled, I'm afraid I might want to hurt someone!!

Because of what happened last year, they are planning a "crowd controlled" shopping event. The stores will not close Thanksgiving night to get ready for it. They will remain open all night. As merchandise is brought to the floor, security plans are in place to have people form a line to wait for the sale to start. (10 pm to 5am). And these lines will be formed all over the store by the product the customer is waiting to purchase. It is suppose to be an "orderly" experience. Can you see this happening? I can't...but gotta give credit for trying to do something...huh?
