Salsa Dance Workout Video

I am almost sure that someone posted awhile back
about an exercise video using Salsa dance moves.
I have used the search function, but I am getting
edible salsa. lol

I googled this, but there are SO MANY out there.
I wanted to check out the one mentioned here as
someone has actually used it and can give a
recommendation.

I took Salsa lessons about 5 years ago and it was
one of the most fun things I have ever done. A
workout video sounds wonderful!

Can anyone recall this??

Ok, I finally found it, sort of....lol

It wasn't a video, but a class that was previously
mentioned and it was Zumba. It is Latin inspired
with not only salsa but samba, merengue, and more.

I did find DVD's but since the original post was about
a class, I will have to do some reading to decide
which one I want to try.

Have any of you done the Zumba workout?

It sure sounds fun!!!

I've done a zumba class once with my friend at her gym... It is a great workout. There were about 70 people there and a lot of men! I was shocked with seeing so many men, until the instructor came out- GORGEOUS latina girl with minimal clothing! lol! Anyway, I liked it but I found it very difficult. I have no dance backgrond and it took me a long time to figure out the basic steps. The instructor told us at the end of the class that she wouldn't be teaching for the next 3 months because she was going to shoot a video for Zumba.
