I was all geared up to enjoy my extra hour of sleep when from TWO FLOORS AWAY my DD14's alarm went off at what is now 6am. and went off and went off and went off.

After 20 minutes, she finally woke up when I hiked down the 2 flights of stairs to bellow at her to turn the darn thing off and get up. If I gotta be up from her alarm, so does she!!!! How does a child sleep so deeply?!?!?!?

Slept through the 2 am time change, but I love setting our clocks back. not for the extra hour of sleep, but because it will get dark an hour earlier....I love winter!

I enjoyed the extra hour of sleep that came with it. And my wife enjoyed the hour of overtime at work.

Ah, I love winter and early dark too, though now that I work evenings, I don't get to truly appreciate it.

I turned the clocks back when I got home last night about 11:30. I guess I used it reading. I have to open the library on Sunday, so the fall switch is no problem - at the worst I would be early. I hate the spring one. If I forget, I will have some Really Annoyed Students when I arrive an hour late. I never have, but the possibility haunts me.
