    Smile Just joined & very excited!

    Hi everyone!

    I'm so glad to have found this site recommendation from someone in another forum! DH and I are working hard to simplify our lives, save money, and enjoy life more.

    I'm a homeschooling mom of 2 boys (6 &2) located in North Carolina. I was formerly an 8th grade Language Arts teacher; DH is in financial accounting.

    We're originally from New Hampshire, but we're truly southerners at heart, and we really enjoy life in NC (especially the warmer weather!). We've been here almost 4 years.

    I'm a die-hard couponer unable to remember the last time I paid full price for anything at a grocery store aside from milk and eggs. I recently started making my own laundry detergent, and I'd love to learn other alternative methods for frugal living from this forum.

    We're also beginning the Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. Can't wait to meet all of you!
