    Smile Good morning everyone!!

Another newbie here!!! I just stumbled upon Frugal Village this morning while Googling a recipe. I'm excited to find this site and hopeful to find new recipes, ways to save $$$, ideas, and make new friends.

How did you hear about frugal village? I Googled to find the recipe for Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Muffin recipe

What interests you here? Recipes, saving $$$, friends, crafts, ideas.... anything!!!

What will you contribute? I hope to be able to return the favor and give back great recipes (I LOVE to bake and cook), friendship, crafts and ideas, and ways I try to save $$

Do you know any other members here? not a single one

How many kids? I have 2 boys. (Not including my husband ) My youngest son just turned 6 last week and my oldest son will be 8 in 3 weeks. They can be a handful but they are great kids.

Tell us about yourself. I am presently a "domestic engineer" who moved from western Massachusetts in 2005 to Myrtle Beach, SC. We moved down here for my husband's work which enabled me to be able to stay home with our boys. Even though I miss my family and friends terribly, I would do it all over again! I LOVE the weather here and LOVE being home with my boys and volunteering a lot of my time at their school.

Do you own any pets? We presently have one dog, Honey. She was a resucue at 6 weeks and believe her to be a Lab/Boxer mix. I think she was human in a previous life. She's just the best with the kids and a 70 lb. snuggler!

Occupation? Right now I am a home maker. I volunteer a ton at my sons' school, substitute at a pre-school, and do the bookkeeping for my husband's business. I guess you could say I'm a jack of all trades - master of none. LOL I've done a little bit of what seems like everything in my working lifetime!

Married or single? I am married to my very hard working best friend. We have been together over 15 years and married for 11. It sounds corny but he is the ying to my yang. We compliment each other pretty well.

Interests and hobbies? I LOVE to bake, cook, home improvements, garden (vegetable as well as flowers), work on our Mustang with my husband, walking and bike riding, and crafts with my boys. I would love to learn how to scrapbook. I have bought some supplies but just haven't jumped in yet. It kinda intimidates me! LOL

I hope to get some great ideas from this site and make some new friends!
