I like gorgonzola cheese just cubed and chase it with saltines.

Soba noodles with just chili sauce on them.

Well, just tried bacon bits mixed in a trail mix. Bacon and raisins are actually a nice combination.

p.s. Kitty likes bacon bits, but hardly ever eats real meat. Go figure.

I don't have too many strange ones anymore....

When I was a teenager, my dad and I would have PB/tomato/mayo sandwiches in the middle of the night. With hot dilled cauliflower as a side.

Now---I'd say my weirdest thing is brazil nuts. Love those things.

Instant noodles (drained, no seasoning) or whole wheat pasta with peanut butter - yum! (think Thai food )

Sometimes I'll toss in raisins or diced up dried apricots along with slivered cucumbers and/or bean sprouts - green onion and bacon bits for extra flavour lol

Oh, I just thought of another one that my Mom and I were talking about a few days ago. We like chocolate ice cream with saltines. That combo of sweet and salty is SO good!

I eat sliced cheese (like the kind you get in blocks) dipped in Italian dressing. I prefer Cracker Barrel marble cheese.

Me too cab54......and we have a store here that sells chocolate covered ones!! YUM!

It is hard to find 'just' brazil nuts....I pick them out of the mixed nuts. Where do you buy yours? What brand? Is it from a speciality store?
