    Default meat sale

We hit the meat sales this week. Dh sold some vacation and we stocked up.This is what I got for a little under 2oo bucks.

40 pounds of 85%/15% ground beef
12 pounds of boneless pork chops
    A 4 pound pork roast ( kraut)
20 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    5 pounds of bacon
    3 pounds ground sausage
4 pounds of of the bone ham lunch meat.

I made 104 meatballs and 100 meat patties out of the burger. Could have gotten more but dh likes more meat in his burgers than I do. Mine you can see through. I'm not a burger fan.
I think we did alright but it still doesn't look like much in the freezer. MIL informed us too that the cow is going to market on the 11th. We just pay wrapping charge so we will have at least a quarter or maybe more of beef to put in there and she also has a big turkey for us. I really wanted a ham but the nicest one they had was 57 bucks for a 1/2. No way this girl is paying that for a piece of pig. This should last us a good while unless someone goes on a meat binge. I think that when the church had their sausage sale I will get 10 pounds and can patties out of it too.

That sounds good to me too..way to stockpile. You are going to have a full freezer plus before long.
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
