    Smile Its not like me to be sappy

    i have to be the most unsappy person in the world but in hopes of encourging someone else i am going to say this. All my life I have wanted to live a simple life in the country. I grew up in Bklyn and married young it was an abusive marriage but I did get 3 wonderful children out of it. I moved to NJ and divorced I had no skills had not worked in years and 3 kids ex was an ahole. I wnet thru some rally tough times but I met my current dh who was divorced with 2 small boys we married had a son toghether 6 kids and no money We struggled for years we worked hard the kids grew up we did without lived in house I never liked but it was all we could afford well its 23 years later and we have just purchased the home of my dreams Dont get me wrong it needs work but it has land and privacy and its in the country in an area I used ride in and wonder how these people got so lucky . My point isthis if we can do it anyone can I rmember payingfor gas for my clunker car with holes in the bottom with a box of nickells having 2 pairs of shoes and many christmas with no gift but a pair of socks but we perserved and it happened for us and yes it can happen for you too

    You worked hard all your life, scrimped, did without, and whatever it took. NOW you have the home of your dreams!

    12/08/10 - Begin diet & exercise program.
    Goal #1 - lose 30 lbs, lower blood sugar, blood pressure, & cholesterol - DONE
    Goal #2 - lose 5 more pounds to put me in the normal range on the BMI - DONE - 5/13/11

    05/16/11 - Down 36 lbs (total) since 12/08/10, under calorie goal almost every day, on treadmill 40 minutes 5 days a week MINIMUM.

    Harley - $8,000
