Ok when did I get so broke.. (long)

No not money wise, I've always been that way. I got new glasses, had to get bifocals. Ok no biggie. I went to the dr today. I was finally able to get passed the diilweed receptionist and got an appointment. I have arthritis in my hips,back , knees and shoulders,( I think the only place I don't have it is in my hair and the jury is still out on that one) my thyroid is all messed up, I have hot flashes and now my blood pressure is high. I came out of there with a handful of scripts for likle 800 pills. Three months supply. When did my body break? I was able to see my regular dr and I told him about the problems I was having getting an appointment and he wasnt happy. I don't htink I'll have any more problems. My unemployment ran out and I got papers for the dr. to fill out to see if I am able to get MA or disability. So I have been running around gathering papers and now find out that I won't need them because I should be able to extended benefits on my unemployment and won't qualify for any help. (Have you ever tried to shove all those papers in thosse little envelopes they send you? ) All in all the day wasn't too bad. Dh got a window in. One more to go and then we can finish up the living room and bedroom. Guess I'llhobble in and get a bath. Better make sure there's someone to help me get this old decrepid body out of the tub when I'm through lol

Aww I'm sorry! My sister can sympathize today. Along with her leukemia she has been diagnosed with post virus arthritis. First of all I've never heard of that and second she's 15!! Wow..

Anyways when it rains it pours. I'm glad you got an extention on ur unemployment. I am having the same issue... I hope mine gets an extension.

I'm sorry to hear about all your troubles. Being mid forties, I sympathize.... seems like I am in a body I don't even recognize anymore and sometimes I just wonder am I the only one that feels like my body is betraying me!!!??? :-)

It's hard to think about doing stuff like you are doing around the house when your body just aches and screams no I don't feel up to itt {{hugs}}

I hope things get better for ya. Hang in there, and hopefully things will begin to normalize a bit for you.

I had to respond, as I have asked myself that question many times.. :-) Just when did my body "break"...

I swear life seemed easier when I had two young ones running around.. I had the thought things were supposed to get easier when one got older lol

Anyway... just a big hug to ya.. you sound like you have a lot on your plate .

My daughter recently went through a lot tuff with her in laws, hospitals, homes and down right meanness. Her FIL was not a pleasant person near the end. She said when my time comes she'll call the vet and have me put down. (She has a strange sense of humor that girl...at least It hink she's kidding lol) I go tall stuffed up last night and my dh brought me stuff for my nose and two PM's. He said that it would put me to sleep. I said But dd said she'd just call the vet. lol. And to think I haven't evenhit the golden years yet. Wonder what that will bring?
