    Default we took out cable

    we just dont watch enough cable to justify having it.If i could get rid of the internet and phone we would but cant.. Since we own our own buisness we need the house phone, the internet hubby does stuff for his clocks and ordering. so that will save $50 + 3 converter boxes at $6.00 each so will save around 68 a months,tightning anywhere we can, because times are not looking good for us.. Clock buisness is slow. Im planning to take some college courses . we have thouht about relocating.

    we went for years without cable... we got closer and got more done... also you can watch just about anything on the computer that you can on tv... we have been talking some about getting rid of ours also and just watching some on computer and also you can get movies at your local library for free..
    Great move...I really saves allot...cable is expensive and there is never anything on to watch half the time...

    I went for years without cable even when it was really the only tv service available. Then I had cable, bills got tight, so cancelled cable. Now I just have the basic service. I use the computer to watch shows or movies I do not get on cable.
