    Default I have walking Pneumnia

I have been sick on off for 6 weeks. I was not really feeling bad till this afternoon. I have been congested, but i figured it was allergies becuase everyone is burning leaves ect. Well i called the doctor after taking my temp. That was 99.6 so they had me come in, i was wheezing they did a xray which showed it in the left side. I guess with walking pneumonia you dont know you have it.

So sorry to hear that nana2two! I usually get it two to three times per winter. I have C.O.P.D. so I get it very easy. Rest lots and keep your fluids up, it will help. Take care of yourself!

Please take care of yourself N2T - especially since you cannot tell you really have it - rest, fluids, rest and oh, did I mention rest? Aloha and prayers your way.

My mom had it about two weeks ago, only she just had pains in her chest area and I took her to the emergency room and they took extras to show thats what she had. I'm thankful it was only that.

The more you push fluids, the less med side effects you should notice. If the inhaler is making you jittery, cut back on your caffeine - that should help. Did they give you steroids, or are you on a steroid inhaler??? If so, crackers before and after meds will help your stomach. Feel better soon!!

The albuterol is making you feel so jittery probably. My daughter that has asthma uses an albutural inhaler and it makes her like that and makes her heart race to. I hope you feel better soon!
