    Default Hey to all my friends

    I am back and feeling much better.. even though I still have to wait to have my second hip surgery sometime in the spring..I am still getting stronger.
    I have tried my hand at writing at a site called helium.. cool site.. I tried one of their contests and I wanted you guys to tell me if you think I got potential. If I win it is 50 bucks.. I hope..
