    Default Black Friday shopping plans?

So I was wanting to buy a cheap digital camera for my niece and nephew. Anybody seen a good deal in the Black Friday ads? Or anything else they want to recommend for Christmas gifts or anything that is offered at a great price?

I have a Target and an Office Max near me for easy shopping. I won't shop at Wal-mart, so not interested in their sales.

I'm with this school of thought.

I have never shopped on Black Friday (in stores) and I never will. Just too wild and wooly for me.

I hate shopping anyway. Bah humbug. LOL!

Target is a must although I don't know how many crowds I am willing to bear this year!

Hancock Fabrics is having big 3 patterns for 99c and Vogue for $3.99 so I might go out for that if the weather is not crappy. Mostly I am done with my shopping, though.

I have friends who are going out for a new tv as theirs blew last week. Yikes!

DH and I love Black Friday. We have the absolute best time in all of the hustle and bustle. We love meeting the other shoppers waiting in line, having breakfast on the run, mapping out our plan of attack. Shopping is so much fun!!!

I started to think it might be fun to go to the mall and see what was on sale. Then it dawned on me that it might not be fun with all the madness. Also, I do not need to buy anything for anyone. So, I will be enjoying a really leisurely morning instead.

I'm heading out with the early crowds just to see what it's like this year. Don't know how good of a camera it is, but I saw a digital camera at Walgreens for $20. It came in pink and green - had a decent view-screen in back. No clue on specifications, but I was thinking about it for my 8 yr old.

There's really nothing we're looking for right now, so I think we'll stay home. We're in the midst of a bathroom remodel right now and that's where our money is going. So, this year, we'll let others deal with the madness!

Except when I was working (retail for most of 30 years) I NEVER go out on Black Friday if I can help it.

I have some books to deliver to a friend, who runs a retail store, so I may drag DH out to the bagel shop where I normally meet a GF (she's busy) and deliver the books. THAT's IT!

Dh and I like to go out and people watch...kinda fun. And Fred Meyer gives away free cookies, coffee, and juice the first couple hours. Can't pass up a freebie!
