    Okay---so I am back!!

    The day was interesting! She said my writing is great, my roses are great. I did a lot of icing cakes and in the begining I got really discouraged because if I do it at home, I ice them and cover it with fondant so you do not even see the icing but at the grocery store they do not use fondant so me being the perfectionist I am had a hard time with it. Then I took a break, ate something, went back and started rocking those cakes!!!

    I did an airbrushed cake today, a cupcake cake, and iced about 20 sheet cakes, and 200 cupcakes.

    I <3 my job!!!

    My feet and legs hurt SO bad though, but oh well!!

    What did we tell you, you're going to do great. And it's an added plus that you love the job. Man, that's a lot of cupcakes!!!

    Sounds like you are going to do just fine. I think my hands would cramp after so many sheet cakes and 200 cupcakes!!

    Thanks everyone. Yeah my hands started to cramp up so I stopped for a few minutes. And yes!! It was a TON of cupcakes. They smelled SO yummy, LOL.

    I am in a predicament because I have 1 pair of black pants for work (returned the other) no thinking that duh, they are gonna get SUPER dirty and I do not have a wash machine. Ugh...So I am gonna have to wash my black pants in the bathtub every night...

    I need to find some new pants, LOL!!
