landlord dropped off gift
today and a card. I wasn't home, kids were. That's was really nice of her. we've been here since Febuary. She told 17 yr old that we were such good tenants that's why she did it. I'll open the card tomorrow with hubby. We get along really well, she's been really good to all of us.

That must have been
a nice surprise!
I think every landlord is happy to have good tenants, but I think in this economy, they may be even more grateful.
And it is great to have a landlord you like..... and get along with!
