Teach B-Day girl that sometimes nature conspires against our best intentions and that it's better to be gracious, understanding and patient about such things, rather than give in to her demands?
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

~Most of the molten lava chocolate cakes do not use either of those ingredients. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Chocola...rs/Detail.aspx
Pound cake and cheesecake are also an option if you have the ingredients.~~Constance

You can always make a fruit crumble and serve it with ice cream if you have it. Let her know that you are starting a new tradition because she is so special.

Butterflygreen, glad the kids found a cake mix for you! What kind of cake did you end up making? If you’re ever in need of cake or dessert recipes in the future you can check out Dominosugar. com. There are some neat ones on there for Red Velvet Stack Cake and Devil’s Food Cake.

If you have a bag of self rising flour you don't need baking powder etc. Only kind to buy. Just my opinion.
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
