    Default Hello from Nebraska!

    How did you hear about Frugal Village? Googled info on saving money/frugal living.

    What interests you here? Learning info from others who obviously know what they're talking about.

    What will you contribute? Maybe I'll be able to offer others some advice to keep them from making some of the money mistakes I've made.

    Know any other members here? Not yet.

    How many kids? 0 (see pet question below)

    Tell us about yourself - Happily married, live in Omaha but my heart is in the Colorado Rockies! We have a really small cabin there that is a work in progress and hope to move there soon.

    Do you own any pets? Two cats - Chinzo, 18 years old, our lovey "little old man"; and Pia, 17 years old, who tolerates me but is totally in love with my husband.

    Occupation? General clerical/editing/proofreader for small market research company. Been there 12 1/2 years and it's a job, but better than nothing.

    Married or single? Married 29 1/2 years to a great guy.

    Interests or hobbies? Nature, hiking, reading, cooking, lounging with the cats.

    I've really enjoyed following FV so far and look forward to checking in every day. Happy Holidays everyone!

    I lived in Bellevue for 9 years until the Air Force decided to move us to Europe! I miss the farmstands every summer selling sweet corn!
