    Default we got our house!!

    Thanks to everyone for all the good thoughts/prayers, we FINALLY closed on our house yesterday afternoon!

    After we get our tax rebate, we will only have spent $2000 up front. Plus our monthly payments will be $700 (for our 3 bedroom, 2 bath with a FABULOUS yard in an up and coming neighborhood, as opposed to our last 600 sq ft 1 bedroom 1 bath w/ practically no yard for $625)

    This has been my main goal of the last at least 4 years (since my divorce). Pics will be posted soon.

    Off to work on the house! pulling up carpet and painting today!
