    How did you hear about frugal village? I googled 'frugal websites'.

    What interests you here?All kinds of things - day-to-day ideas and methods of saving money, community, etc.

    What will you contribute? Well, actually I haven't looked around that much, but I do look forward to joining conversations and sharing ideas and experiences when I have something to offer.

    Do you know any other members here? No.

    How many kids? Ages? Five. Ages are 39, 34, 29, 29 and 28.

    Tell us about yourself.I'm 57 and am very hopeful in finding this site. I have always enjoyed planning, budgeting, and related activities, but it has always been fruitless to try to do it. Now, due to certain circumstances, I think I will be able to do it and have it 'work'.

    Do you own any pets? Three dogs and two chickens.

    Occupation? I'm the director of children's religious education in our parish. It is a volunteer position.

    Married or single? Married for 39 years

    Interests and hobbies? video games and some computer games *sigh*, art, crafts, gardening, permaculture, nature, old cemeteries, history...
