I too am working on keeping the house neat and tidy to start the New Year off on a roll. Throw in a hair style with highlight/lowlight before the ball drops and that's the best I can hope for this year. Except....I'd love to have my tree down and put away by the first of the year. That would really start the New year right.

We're suppose to get ready for a new year? Oh dear, I really don't have the energy to add that to my list before Christmas. If I make it to the weekend, I'll give it some thought... I'd love to be more organized in 2010, but need some specifics to get me started.

Still need to update my weekly planner with all the sales and doctors appointments info.

But other than that when the new year rolls around I will hopefully be ready. Can't wait to see how long it takes to write 2010. Personally, I thought we would all have our own jetpacks by now.

I am not anywhere close to being ready. Although, I did get my hair done last weekend so that is out of the way!

As far as the new year cleaning/cleansing, I am so far behind. I have about 800sqft in my basement that has about 15 assorted boxes and plastic bags (clothes) that still need to be sifted through and put away in a more orderly fashion. Upstairs I have an office that hasn't been properly unpacked since March when we moved in! It's a scary sight with paperwork everywhere. . . . If I don't tackle that NewYears weekend, tax season is going to be really interesting!
