We are still alive but can't get out! Merry Christmas Everyone!
The blizzard named Bertha is still raging on here. Lost phone, internet and power. Just got internet back and I am on laptop battery power. I wanted to wish all my good friends here on FV a Very Merry Christmas!!!!

We have received two feet already, I cannot see my car, it is totally buried. All highways are shut down and we cannot get out and no one can get in. Stay safe for all of you that are being hit with this storm! I will be back when we are back up and running and dug out. "See" you soon!
Love ya all!Dh Bob

DC hope you are all dug out by the time you read this!! Sending warm thoughts your way!! No travel is advised here too. DH did go to another farm 8 miles away though, he almost made it, so walked the rest of the way to get his payloader. DD is pissed beyond belief!! I won't let her BF come and get her like the plans were, so shot me for caring so much when just a 1/4 mile away is a 4 ft. drift across the road. Snow plows oaren't even out today due to wind would just blow everything back. She is upstairs sulking, other then that I am having a great Christmas!! So Merry Christmas to all!!

Hope they get you dug out soon! I woke up to ice and the power going off and back on and finally off at 6:25am. Dh is at work and the darned generator wouldn't work! The kids thought it was great to eat peanut butter sandwiches and candy for breakfast LOL. They finally got the power back on around 1pm. But the wind is howling and it keeps dimming so it may or may not stay on! Stay warm!

Stay safe and warm.
Today was clear here and roads were good.
We are expecting some wintery mix of rain, sleet, snow sometime this evening and tomorrow.
I am expecting to hear the phone ring during the night...the boss calling for them to come in and plow ,and sand the roads. I'm glad I don't have to go out in it.--------My signature--------

Merry Christmas Debby and family. Hope you're warm and dry. Hopefully it won't take long and you'll be back to normal. Glad you were at least able to make contact with the outside world for a little bit to let us know you're ok.
