I would put the first list of ingredients in the c.p and let it go. Sounds like a good stew to me. Cut the chicken up of course

I would make a chicken vegetable tomato stew. You can always put it on rice or noodles and top it off with cheese. YUUUMMM.

I'd totally make a chicken stew out of that. That sounds awesome.
If you're looking for a creme of chicken soup recipe, I have one. It might be in the cookbook section of the forums. Just look for Gluten Free Creme Soup.

Boneless skinless Chicken breast
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Adobo seasoning
Sounds like chicken tacos to me.
You can also pound the chicken thin, roll it in flour, pan fry it just until golden, then lay it in a casserole with tomato and cheese and bake until bubbly. Serve over pasta tossed with spinach.
If that is chicken gravy you can make pot pie by poaching the chicken, cut up the potatoes and carrots and cook them just until tender, then mix it together and cover with simple biscuit dough. Or serve it over warm biscuits.Use it up, Wear it out,
Make it do, Or do without. ~unknown

I would make a chicken pot pie with the first ingredients! Just add some cream soup or flour and milk.
