It's cold outside
It's cold enough out that the car won't start, the wind blew the driveway closed....again and the buses are late. So I did what any other frugal person would do. Made up a big pot of chicken noodle soup simmering on the stove, put my feet up, covered up and go browsing on FV. I need to make cookies but I am almost out of sugar. I do have powdered so I guess I'll look for a recipe using that. Dh goes back to work tomorrow. I'm glad he's had the last 4 days off and didn't have to be out in this crap. So instead he got dressed and went out and played in the snow with his snow blower. lol. I got all these seed catalogs in the mail. Doesn't that mean it's Spring???

I wish seed catalogs meant spring. But I am enjoying looking at the snow. Of course I'm looking at it while I'm sitting on the couch covered with a blanket.
It's 15 degrees here today and still snow covered. The temps aren't supposed to get better this week.

It was 2 here in my neck of WV this morning with wind chills at about -15. They say the winds will gust up to 40mph tonight and tomorrow. School is closed here because of the cold and I'm betting it will be tomorrow too! I am NEVER going to get these kids out of here LOL!

electrical- I am close to Mansfield. That's where I go to do most of my shopping. I was at Findlay in Oct at a gigantic craft show, almost froze to death and only got to see about half of the crafts. Loved it ,though and hope to go back this year.
