Hmm... Option for snuggie.. ah ha moments
So was watching tv and people were kidding around about the snuggie. Finally one person said I do not have one. All I do is put my bathrobe on infront of me instead of on my back. Yea, the lightbulb went on. Grant it I do have a couple of blankets I use when I am just sitting down, but now have another option instead of going out and buyng something else I really do not need.
Anyone else have these types of ah ha moments?

yep. Yesterday they kept showing the Nutrisystem diabetic plan commercial and I asked the wife...
Wouldn't just losing the weight help someones diabetes?
Maybe that's over-simplifying.Last edited by Russ; 01-06-2010 at 10:09 AM. Reason: added

Hahaha to both of these commercials! Totally all about the marketing. Not sure if it works but it does make their product memorable, even if its in a bad way.
I just layer on more clothes when Im cold and use a blankie. Sometimes I just put on my bathrobe over top of my clothes but (1) thats just adding another layer and (2) mine's fleece just like my blankies. If I put on either of those....I get warmer, doesn't matter how the fleece is put on/wrapped around my body lol.
As for the new diabetic weight loss program scam - I have nothing to say.
Isn't education is priceless?

I almost won one in our gift exchange game, but got a Mojito 7-piece kit instead. I really did have my eye on the Snuggie since I don't own a bathrobe, but then I realize I have armwarmers and long sweaters and legwarmers this year.

The Snuggie itself isn't a bad idea and the product is probably quite handy... but those have to be the DUMBEST commercials EVER!!! These people are so dorky-looking, dancing in the kitchen and on the couch! Oh my goodness, it's hilarious! And now there's one for your dog, too!
